A Connected Ecosystem That Brings Every Classroom Together
For the last year, Classroom Hero has helped teachers transform their classrooms with positive reinforcement, gamified motivation, and real-time recognition.
Today, we’re excited to introduce one of our most requested upgrades — and one of the biggest steps forward in our mission so far.
Classroom Hero is now built for entire schools and districts.
With our new Schools & District Ecosystem, classrooms don’t operate in isolation anymore. Teachers, principals, and school leaders can unite their efforts, see big-picture insights, and support students together.
A New Way to Bring Your School Community Together
Classrooms can now join a shared school environment where:
Teachers see every class at their school
Principals and administrators get school-wide stats
Students benefit from a consistent, unified system of positive reinforcement
Instead of each teacher running their own disconnected system, Classroom Hero now becomes a school-wide ecosystem that celebrates the same values and encourages the same positive behaviors across every grade.
Give Points Across Classrooms — Because Kids Shine Everywhere
One of the most powerful parts of this release is cross-class recognition.
Teachers and school leaders can now give points to students in any class, if the classroom teacher chooses to enable it.
That means:
A PE teacher can recognize sportsmanship.
A counselor can reward a great conversation.
A principal can highlight kindness in the hallway.
A librarian can acknowledge leadership during group work.
Students don’t stop being heroes when they leave their homeroom — and now Classroom Hero reflects that.
School Leaders Can Now Build the Network
Teachers or administrators can sign up to become School Leaders inside Classroom Hero.
From there, they can:
Create or join their school
Approve incoming teacher requests
Organize multiple classrooms under one school profile
Transfer teacher-created classes into the school network
Get access to school-wide analytics on engagement, points, and positive behaviors
This gives schools the structure they’ve been asking for — a way to bring everyone together without adding extra work to anyone’s day.
Optional, Flexible, Designed for Real Schools
We know every school runs differently.
That’s why everything in this release is opt-in.
Teachers can decide:
Whether they want to join their school
Whether they want other teachers to give points to their students
Whether their class is visible to other staff
Whether they want to keep their class independent instead
It’s flexibility that respects how teachers already work — while giving schools powerful new ways to collaborate.
Why This Matters
Schools thrive when everyone feels connected.
When students know every adult in the building is looking for their positive moments…
When teachers can lean on a shared system instead of each creating their own…
When administrators can see what’s working and celebrate the wins…
Culture gets stronger.
Students stay motivated.
Teaching gets easier.
This is the future of Classroom Hero — not just individual classrooms, but entire communities working together to celebrate growth.
What’s Next
This is just the beginning of the Schools & District Ecosystem.
In the coming months, we’re building:
District-level dashboards
Shared goals across multiple classrooms
School-wide challenges and competitions
Attendance-aware auto-rewards
Parent and counselor integrations
Multi-teacher support for co-taught classes
Classroom Hero started in the classroom.
Now it’s growing into the school.
And we couldn’t be more excited to see the impact this will have.
